Terms of Service
Last updated 6 November 2026
These terms are a contract between you and [COMPANY NAME] (“Pocket PPC”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them. Pocket PPC is intended for business use.
1. The service
Pocket PPC lets you read, analyse and, after your explicit confirmation, change Google Ads accounts you control, through a web dashboard and chat channels (Telegram, Slack). It is an automated assistant powered by AI models. Answers can be wrong or incomplete; you are responsible for checking them before relying on them.
2. Your account and your Google Ads accounts
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials safe; enable two-factor authentication.
- You may only connect Google Ads accounts you are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for all advertising spend and for complying with Google’s policies.
- Every change to an ad account (pause, budget, keyword, bid) is proposed first and executed only after you confirm it. You can undo a change for 24 hours where Google allows it. We never delete campaigns.
3. Plans, credits and billing
- Plans are described on the pricing page. Each handled request uses credits; unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period, purchased overage packs do not.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until cancelled. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
- Trials: 7 days with a starting credit balance. We may limit trials to one per business.
- Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by starting to use the paid service during that period you ask us to begin immediately and accept that the right ends once the service is fully performed.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may lead to suspension after notice.
4. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no automated scraping of the service, no use for unlawful advertising, no attempts to access other customers’ data, no reselling without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or Google’s API.
5. Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we process. For Google Ads data we act as your processor and process it only to provide the service; the data processing terms in the Privacy Policy (sub-processors, security, deletion) form part of this agreement.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; Google, Telegram, Slack and AI providers may fail or change. We may improve or change features; material reductions will be announced in advance.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or advertising spend resulting from changes you confirmed or from decisions you took based on the assistant’s output. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for material breach. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. Mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
